Art of Geography Website and Blog now running Drupal

There are a number of advantages to using Drupal for this website, most of which may not be evident at first. It is far easier to reuse content between the blog and the conventional website. All content will be tagged making it easier to find things and enabling all kinds of automatic segmented lists of content. Interactive mapping seems quite doable in Drupal, not so sure it is that easy in blogging tools. Expect to see the site grow into something much better than it was before as it gets refactored using Drupal.
The easiest part of the migration was bringing over WordPress blog posts. Using the WordPress Migrate module, it took about ten minutes to bring across every post, error free.
