The Forest Park Map by the Art of Geography

The Forest Park Map

Forest Park is located in the West Hills of Portland, Oregon, and is one of the largest urban parks in the country. The Art of Geography Forest Park map has incredibly detailed topographic relief and contour lines, trail segment mileages, and a 200 meter UTM grid.

Due to the shape and length of the park, the map is divided into four panels:

Panel 1: Washington Park to Thurman Ave (3MB PDF)
Panel 2: Thurman Ave to Saltzman Rd (3MB PDF)
Panel 3: Saltzman Rd to Germantown Rd (3MB PDF)
Panel 4: Germantown Rd to Newberry Rd (3MB PDF)

Changes between last version and this one:

Corrected error in panel 4; added missing mileage
Linnton Trail and Firelane 4 labeled
A couple missing trail segment mileages added
Files are now in CMYK mode, for higher fidelity color on Epson printers

Thanks to Kevin Martin for providing the Lidar data. The trail mileages are based on the City of Portland's 1999 map, the Friends of Forest Park map, and my measurements.
